Communication planning and assistance is one of the greatest needs of most small nonprofits. I use my advertising background and my experience as an Executive Director of a rapidly growing small nonprofit to help other organizations craft their brand message, and then figure out how they are going to execute a sustainable communication strategy. CTN - Community Transportation Network

CTN had just celebrated their 10th year as an organization and knew that it was time to make a visual change to their identity to better represent who they were as an organization. They are successfully the largest transporter of senior citizens and those with disabilities with medical transportation needs in NE Indiana. They are passionate about getting folks where they need to go with the very best service possible. 

I was asked to help them re-develop their identity, build a new website, and craft a marketing strategy that revolved heavily around web-based communication. The result was a new identity package and all new vehicle graphics. I work with Pasture Bedtime who helped me carry this design project out. CTN continues to carry out their social media and communication strategy internally with the resources they have. 



Cornerstone Youth Center

CYC is a youth and family oriented organization in Southeast Allen County that provides a Christian environment where youth can come to learn and grow as young people. CYC is a center that provides an incredible outlet for the youth in their area.

CYC received a grant to help them craft their brand messaging and help develop a sustainable communication strategy to fuel their future growth as an organization. I worked with CYC to update their website, create a comprehensive communication plan, and develop a social media guidebook for their staff and youth workers. Over the course of a year, I worked with their staff to define these tools and then provide specific training around those key areas of focus with the goal that their staff would be able to sustain the plan into the future without spending additional resources to execute the plan.
