The Kindergartener

Sure, time comes and goes. This isn't really a post that revolves around the idea that somehow I lost track of time and all of a sudden my daughter is 5 and she's off to kindergarten. This is more about how excited I am that my daughter continues to grow and become the person she was created to become.

She's ready for school even if her parents aren't. She's ready to learn, grow, develop, be frustrated, be scared, and begin learning what it means to be Avery. She's smart, sweet, kind, obedient, shy, nervous, and timid. She is the best of her mother and myself, and we love her.

Cheers to the next 13 years of school, Avery. Color your heart out.
