Part 4 - A Conversation Between Two Pastors

The Cost & Collaboration - A Conversation Between Two Pastors - Part 4 from NeighborLink Network on Vimeo.

Part 4 has Dave and Tim sharing about the cost that comes with becoming more missionally minded as a congregation. Dave shares about the lose of hundreds of longtime members and the increase in more members from the local neighborhood. The move towards being a more diverse church is a challenge, but one that is closer to the kingdom and one worth pursuing.

Dave DeSelm, Pastor at Fellowship Missionary Church, and Tim Hallman, Pastor at Anchor Community, recently sat down and discussed their church’s journey towards missional engagement. These two pastors lead two really different congregations, but have a similar heart for the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized in Fort Wayne and around the world.
